John Holloway began his business as
H&H Auto Sales in 1979 selling and financing cars in Newport News, Virginia while still owning and operating a successful home improvement business on the Peninsula. In a business where there seemed to be a car lot on every corner, it didn’t take long before he decided to specialize in certain vehicles.
Recognizing the need and requests for used pickup trucks and commercial vehicles from his customers, it wasn’t long before he relocated to a larger location specializing in all makes and models of
pickups, box trucks, vans, dump trucks, etc.
Today H&H Truck Center is on 3 ˝ acres of ‘Bumper to Bumper’ trucks…everything from small pickups, cargo vans, and service trucks to an occasional fleet of bucket trucks.
Johnny is now known to his customers (and his fellow dealers) as someone who has the knowledge and expertise of knowing the value of used commercial trucks. He is selective in his buying, whether it is at local dealer auctions or following the GSA sales.
Together with his wife, Donna, they are the entire sales staff that value the customer relations and friendships they have built over the years. |
